Terms of service

HiveMoney is a web application for managing a beekeeping business: hive and apiary records, inspections, harvests, inventory, sales and double-entry accounting. Using it means you accept these terms.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password secure.
• One account is for one business. Do not share credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and be using HiveMoney for a business purpose.
• We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service, to abuse other users, or in breach of these terms.

You retain all rights to the records you enter. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy notice. You can export everything at any time, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

HiveMoney produces accounting records, forecasts, tax figures and AI-generated suggestions. These are tools, not professional advice. HiveMoney is not your accountant, auditor, tax adviser, veterinarian or agronomist. Have a qualified professional review anything you file, submit or rely on. You are responsible for meeting your own tax, reporting and animal-health obligations.

Features that generate text, categorise documents or produce forecasts are probabilistic and can be wrong. They are labelled in the interface. Always review AI output before acting on it, and never treat it as a final financial determination.

Some capabilities in the current release — payment processing, hardware sensor feeds and third-party integration connectors — are simulated for demonstration and are clearly marked as such in the application. They do not move real money, read real hardware, or exchange data with a real third-party system. Do not rely on them as if they were live.

We aim to keep HiveMoney available and to keep your data safe, but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintain your own exports of any records you cannot afford to lose.

HiveMoney offers tiered plans. Plan changes take effect as described in the application at the time you make them. Cancelling a paid plan stops future charges and returns the account to the free tier; it does not delete your data. Deleting your data is a separate, explicit action.

To the maximum extent the law allows, HiveMoney is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If we change these terms materially we will show an in-app notice before the change applies. Continuing to use HiveMoney after that notice means you accept the updated terms.
